About the Position
Our client is a leader third party collection’s in Newark, DE. They are currently looking to bring on a team player to fill the exciting role as a full-time collection’s representative.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Work minimum number accounts per hour as set forth by management.
  • Achieve department standards and goals as set by management through continuous efforts to contact clients and collect on debtor accounts.
  • Adhere to and abide by all regulations as set forth by the FDCPA
  • Set up suitable payment arrangements once contact with debtor has been made, and follow up on payment arrangements.
  • Follow up on all accounts until the account is paid, settled, cured from delinquency, or deemed uncollectible by management.
  •  Any other duties as assigned by General Manager or Section Manager


  • Must be available to attend and complete entire training program.
  • Proficient in the use of a personal computer and learn new systems quickly
  • Required to work 40 hours per week
  • Experienced in customer service. Collections experience preferred
  • Steady work history

Shift/Pay Rate:

  • 3 day shifts and 2 evening shifts, plus 1-2 Saturday’s required, after two-week training period. Training is 8am-5pm Monday - Friday
  • Pay $13.50/hr based on experience, bonus structure based on performance. Experienced collections representatives earn higher rates
  • Part time schedules available: MUST be able to work 2 nights, each scheduled shift will be at least 4 hours, and available to work 20, 25, or 30 hr weeks.
